FIELD: items of private use.
SUBSTANCE: footwear insole is one of main condition of footwear comfort. Insole according to particular manufacturing method of preventive insolse with heating is implemented by means of actions: cutting of semi-finished product basis from different materials and compressing of basis semi-finished product, metal nesting Cu, Zn for strips of required dimensions of galvanic couple by means of press or metalcutting machine. Then it is implemented charging into trays of cartridge-stack of strips sets of certain sizes for receiving of required size and sampling from trays of metallic strips, implemented by automaton-robotronom with programmer, by means of capture by head of automaton-robotronom of format strips. After what it is implemented application on metallic strips of glue and patching of basis couple, located on conveyor with heat chamber, with metallic strips of position format in strongly orientable by sizes. Then it is implemented revetment of received semi-finished product by cotton for receiving of complete product. In complete product it is received electrostatic field, providing implementation of therapeutic intervention against disease on foot of man's leg and implementation of moisture withdrawal, and also increasing of thermal conditions. Automated industrial process of insoles will provide increased comfort of footwear ensured by increasing of thermal behavior inside the footwear volume; - elimination of sweated moisture from inner components of footwear component, herewith, the more moisture is, the more galvanic micro current of pairs. To provide medical prevention: - to reduce risk of catarrhal disease; - to prevent mycotic dermatomycoses of foot skin ensured by presence of electric field. Thereby, manufacturing method of preventive insoles with heating will provide creation of insoles, which will have mass reusable use for drilling technician, gold diggers, servicemans, builders, sportsmen and other categories of population, obliged to be in cold temperatures conditions.
EFFECT: improvement of footwear, its hygienic and ergonomic properties, used materials, manufacturing methods and other.
