FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to stomatology and can be applied for treatment of periodontitis with apparatus for endochannel treatment of endodontic cavities. Washing of channel by vacuum method of limited processing (VMLP) is performed, in which one needle of apparatus, connected through hose with receiving reservoir is inserted to apical opening, the second is installed at the level of crown part, container with piston filled with medication is connected to needle. Washing by vacuum-jet method (VJM) is performed, in which one needle of apparatus, connected through hose with container with medication is inserted for 1/2 of root channel, and the second, connected with receiving reservoir, is installed at the level of crown part. Root channel is filled.
EFFECT: ensuring complete extraction of purulent-necrotic content, reduction of traumaticity, reduction of treatment terms.
