SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns area of hygiene and can be used at incontience. An adsorbing product in the form of underpants (1), has adsorbing complete set (3) containing adsorbing core (2) and carcass (4). Carcass (4) contains forward part (5) and back part (6), in which forward and back parts (5; 6) are bridged with each other along two opposite longitudinal side edges for restriction of an aperture for a waist and pair of apertures for feet. At least, one of forward and back parts (5; 6) contains elastic rolled material (10). The product contains further gusset part (7) located between forward part (5) and back part (6) in longitudinal direction of the product, and forward part (5) has length (b1) in a longitudinal direction; back part (6) has length (b3) in a longitudinal direction and gusset part (7) has length (b2) in a longitudinal direction. Adsorbing complete set (3) lays, at least, on gusset part (7) and blocks on certain distance both forward, and back parts (5; 6). According to one embodiment adsorbing complete set (3) covers not more than 20%, preferably not more than 10% of the area of a surface of each of forward and back-parts as it is measured in the stretched condition of the product. There are two more versions of the product.

EFFECT: creation of a product with rational distribution of elastic and inelastic materials for various components and product areas.
