FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: adsorbent core in an adsorbent product is provided with at least by two flexing guides inherently extended longitudinally within wedge shaped piece and dividing at least a part of wedge shaped piece of the adsorbent core into the centre and two laterals transversally. At least two elastic stretch wedge shaped pieces are provided in the wedge shaped piece of the product and attached to the adsorbent core and/or to inner and outer linings. At least an essential part of the elastic wedge shaped pieces is arranged aside from the appropriate flexing guide thereby to invoke rising of two laterals of the adsorbent core along the flexing guides against the centre.

EFFECT: improved fit in the wedge shaped piece and maintained sufficient adsorptive capacity and compacting effect of the product.
