FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to bitumen emulsion, including bitumen, emulsifier based on surfactants such as amines, diamines, polyamines or quaternary ammonia salts, hydrochloric acid as reagent for neutralisation of emulsifier, water and additional component, as additional component, it contains water-soluble polymer - carboxymethyl cellulose, at the following ratio of components, wt %: bitumen 30-40, emulsifier 0.2-0.5, reagent for neutralisation of emulsifier 0.5-1.0, carboxymethyl cellulose 0.75-1.75, water - the rest.
EFFECT: improved resistance to emulsion aliquation during storage, savings of bitumen and improved ecological compatibility of composition with preservation of high values of index of binder adhesion to mineral material.
