FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: bitumen emulsion includes bitumen, a cation-activated emulsifier and acid or an anion-active emulsifier and alkali, water, wastes of the process of the hydrocarbon raw material pyrolysis - heavy pyrolysis resin (HPR) with the density of 1060-1080 kg/m3, the content of sulphur 4.5-5.5 wt %, the content of heavy aromatic compounds 54-55 wt %, and additionally contains a quantum fuel activator with the following component ratio, wt %: bitumen - 20.0-70.0, emulsifier - 0.1-5.0, reagent for emulsifier neutralisation - 0.5-3.0, HPR - 0.4-8.0, water - the remaining part. The quantum fuel activator dissolves asphaltenes, resins and paraffins, thus increasing the service term of the pavement and reducing electric energy consumption for the emulsion mixing due to reduction of viscosity. More homogeneous mixing of bitumen in the water solution volume takes place due to the quantum fuel activator.
EFFECT: increase of the emulsion adhesion to a mineral filling agent, reduction of expenditures for its preparation, increase of exploitation characteristics, reduction of harmful vapours in the process of preparation and application.
