SUBSTANCE: proposed locking bolt comprises the casing accommodating sliding locking plate. Aforesaid casing features a lengthwise slot changing into the 1st hole opposite which the 2nd hole is made to house code disk with locking bar. Aforesaid bar enters the 1st hole to rotate the code plate with locking bar and to displace sliding locking plate till it mates the said casing lengthwise slot. Signal bar is linked up with the said code plate, the bar end extending beyond the casing and accommodating a permanent magnet for it to be located inside the protected premises. The sliding bolt additionally incorporates a relay with preset operation time, operating hermetic contact, two alarm hermetic contacts and mounting plate to be fixed inside aforesaid premises and accommodate aforesaid hermetic contacts. The operating hermetic contact seats opposite the alarm bar. Alarm hermetic contacts are arranged opposite code plate circumference, on both sides of permanent magnet movable end.
