FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic facilities of percussive action, particularly to pick hammers and perforators. The facility consists of a case, of a working tool, of a cylinder and of an anvil block, which form chambers of working and back runs, and also of a braking chamber, of a hydro-pneumatic accumulator of pressure in a pressure pipeline, of a distributor made in form of a cartridge and a rotating valve with a turbine in a turbine chamber; the valve in turn communicates the chamber of the working run with the pressure and drain pipelines by means of openings and channels; also the valve is constantly communicates the chamber of the back run with the pressure pipeline. The facility is equipped with a flow regulator; according to the state of the anvil block the regulator facilitates supply of working fluid onto the turbine of the valve, made in form of a needle throttle with a piston, creating a throttle and piston cavities with the case; also the throttle cavity is communicated with the pressure pipeline and the turbine chamber, while the piston cavity is communicated with the pipeline by means of a regulated jet and a pressure valve arranged parallel to a braking chamber of the anvil block; notably, a spring is installed in the throttle cavity, and a screw is installed in the piston cavity; with the screw maximal pass through section of the flow regulator is set manually.
EFFECT: invention facilitates automatic regulation of frequency of facility percussions depending on load on working tool which results in rational utilisation of supplied power and in increased efficiency of system driven engine-hydraulic pump-facility of percussive action.
