FIELD: thermal energy technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to the field of thermal energy technology, and specifically for use heating vapourised-gas boiler units and industrial ovens heating pumped air for burning. The technical result is achieved through the contact jet heater consisting of a gas chamber, at the start of which, from the collector of cold air through the upper wall, tubes of cold air are released, ending with fissured nozzles located parallel to each other and directed towards the movement of vaporized gases set so that they are aligned opposite each other. The intermediate catch and mix area ends with the intermediate fissured nozzles, and at the end of the gas chamber there are a series of catchments for hot air, located with similar catch and mix areas and joined with tubes of hot air with hot air collectors. Furthermore, the nozzle and the catchments are located in the chamber in a checkers' board pattern and mixed along the lengthwise axis relative to each other along the length of the body, equal to the length of the air stream.
EFFECT: reduction in the mixing of the gas and air currents with a simultaneous increase of temperature and increased efficiency of the operation of the heater.
