FIELD: thermal energy technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to the field of thermal energy technology, and specifically to the use of heating vapourised gases for boiler units and industrial ovens while heating air for combustion. The technical result is achieved by an integrated device for heating air and cleaning vaporized gases. It consists of a gas chamber with a cold and hot air collector, in which they are mixed by the movement of vapourised gases: the connections for the cold air with the fissured nozzles for cold air are constructed so that they are aligned with each of the cold air nozzles, the intermediate area has catchments and mixes, catchments for hot air, a cleaning chamber with a conical bottom joined through a hydrolic lock with drainage tube, in which calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) is located with the gas channels between it and a vertical fender plate. Furthermore, the collector for hot air is joined with the regeneration chamber, which has a container on the vertical plane which is full of active carbons; the mixing chamber is equipped with a perforated distributing tube joined with an ozoniser; the cleaning chamber has parallel to the gas channel two rows of vertical containers with perforated walls, the first row of containers is filled with grit made from calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH)2) and attached to its lid, and the second row and lid has activated carbon which is also attached to its own lid.
EFFECT: reduction of the content in cooled vapourised gases of corrosive and harmful substances for increased efficiency and environmental protection of the device.
