FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining and building, particularly to machines for preparing of emulsion, emulsion explosive material and for charging boreholes, and can be implemented at explosive operations at open pit mining enterprises. The machine consists of a transport base, of a capacity for solutions of oxidant, oil phase with emulsifier, water sprinkling and gas-generating additive. Also the machine contains a mixer for preparing of emulsion, a mixer of emulsion with gas generating additive, pumps-metering devices for supplying solutions of oxidant, oil phase and emulsion, pressure pipelines, control-measuring devices and hydro-distributing and control elements. A capacity of prepared emulsion is equipped with sensors of emulsion volume; flow metres of oxidant solution and oil phase supply are installed in the pressure pipelines of the pumps-metering devices; at outlets the latter are connected with the mixer for emulsion preparing via the first controlled gate and via the second controlled gate each correspondingly with its capacity.

EFFECT: invention facilitates increasing efficiency of blasting operations due to combining of operations for emulsifying, preparing emulsion explosive materials and charging.
