FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining, in particular to design of mixing-charging machines used for mechanized preparation of emulsion explosive materials and charging blast holes and wells during underground mining. Small-sized pneumatic charger for preparation of industrial EEM in underground conditions, which includes a container for gas-generating additive, emulsion container or emulsion bag holder, external power source, static mixer of gas-generating additive and emulsion located on EEM outlet line. Charger is equipped with reciprocating piston pump of volumetric action with valves on suction and injection of emulsion and gas-generating additive for simultaneous dosing of two EEM components in specified ratio. Pump is designed so that the pump is driven by a pneumatic piston, which is mechanically connected to the emulsion matrix piston and the GGA feed piston. Area of the piston of the pneumatic part of the pump is at least twice more than the total area of the pistons supplying components of the EEM. Charger is equipped with pneumatic distributor to control pump operation, which provides automatic return of pump pistons to initial position with simultaneous filling of pump with next portion of EEM components. Containers of emulsion and gas-generating additive are designed to operate at atmospheric pressure.

EFFECT: providing accurate dosing of EEM components, simplifying loading of EEM components, improving safety of operation with equipment, providing manual transportation of the charger.
