SUBSTANCE: stimulator for germination, growth and development of woody plants is polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride with molecular mass from 5 to 9 thousand conventional units and general formula:

The method of stimulating germination, growth and development of woody plants involves soaking seeds of woody plants, mainly oak and pine, for 18-24 hours in an aqueous solution of a biologically active substance - above mentioned polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride with concentration of active substance of 0.0001-0.5%. The seeds are then dried.
EFFECT: increased germination capacity and germination percentage of woody plant seeds, their faster growth and development, simplification and cheaper process of treating seeds.
