FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to viticulture, and can be used for spraying vegetative plants when grown in agricultural complexes, farms and plant-breeding stations. During the processing of vegetative plants of grapes a single or double spraying is carried out. Spraying is carried out in phase prior to bud pushing or prior to flowering or in the phase of the grapes growth with aqueous solution of polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride of the formula: corresponding to a molecular weight of from 5 to 9 thousand conventional units, with the concentration of the active substance 0.02 - 0.03% and the consumption of the working solution at a dose of 1 litre per 1 hectare of vineyard area.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to increase resistance to unfavourable environmental factors, diseases and pests, as well as yield and quality (sugar content) of grapes.
