SUBSTANCE: method includes cutting, blanching and straining white roots and onions, cutting and freezing fresh green peas and green, cutting rabbit meat, browning in melted butter wheat flour, mixing the listed components with egg yolks, table salt, citric acid, nutmeg, black bitter pepper and bay leaf under oxygen-free conditions, packing the obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
