FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: carrots, white roots and raw onions are cut, browned in melted butter and strained. Sugar beans and greens are frozen and minced. Rabbit meat is minced, wheat flour is browned in melted butter. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
