FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: carrots, white roots and raw onions are cut, browned in melted butter and strained. Runner beans and greens are frozen. Pheasant fillet is minced. Wheat flour is sauteed in melted butter. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper and bay leaf. The prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes. Then sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
