SUBSTANCE: method provides for carrots and leek cutting and browning in melted fat, potatoes, marrows and parsley roots cutting and blanching, beet root tops and herbs cutting and freezing, pork cutting, beans boiling until mass doubles, mixing of listed components with sour cream, tomato paste, acetic acid, table salt, hot black pepper, bay leaves and CO2-extract of pyrolised wood under oxygen-free conditions, packing of obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: provision of preserves with improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
