SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, an adsorbent product (1) contains a fluid-tight inverse layer (3), a fluid-permeable top layer (2) comprising a surface (2a) facing a core and a surface (2b) facing a user, and an adsorbent central structure (4) between the top layer (2) and inverse layer (3). The adsorbent central structure (4) includes a surface facing the top layer (4a) wherein the surface facing the top layer (4a) is fixed to the top layer (2) over at least 10% of surface area of the surface facing the top layer (4a). Area of low friction material is provided between the top layer (2) and the surface facing the top layer (4a) within the area wherein the top layer (2) is not attached to the surface facing the top layer (4a). According to the second version, the adsorbent product (1) differs from that provided by the first version in that the area of low friction material is located to lie as a layer over the surface (2b) of the top layer facing a user. Said layer is attached to the surface (2b) of the top layer facing a user (2b), only over a part of its peripheral area.
