FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: regenerating resolvent represents an aqueous solution of comenic acid and auxiliary substance - sodium bicarbonate at a following parity of components, wt %: comenic acid - 1-2, sodium bicarbonate - 0.55-1.1, water for injections - up to 100. The way of treatment of chorioretinal dystrophias of various etiology consists that the regenerating agent is administered to the patient parabulbary in a dose from 10 to 20 mg (in recalculation on comenic acid) once a day within 10 days. At including in complex antituberculous therapy the way of treatment consists that the regenerating agent is administered to the patient intravenously in a dose to 350 mg a day (in recalculation on comenic acid) within 10 days.
EFFECT: agent does not cause dependence and addiction, intoxication.
