SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and may be used for cutting of sheet material by hand tool. Hydraulic shears comprise body with rocker coupled with stem of power module, steady knife fixed in body, and moving knife installed on axes of steady knife and rocker. Moving knife is arranged in the form of packet of working elements, which are rigidly connected to each other. Two of working elements are arranged as identical and are mounted with creation of groove between them, in which another working element is installed.

EFFECT: facilitation of sheet material cutting by prevention of material jamming and shears squeezing in the cutting area.
