FIELD: rescue means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rescue instrument and can be used for destruction of crashed car structures to provide access to victims, in fire services for destruction of structures and other emergency situations in hard-to-reach places and conditions of absence of energy sources with considerable reduction of time in comparison with currently used technologies. In movable pulse-thermal shears the upper moving knife installed in the slider is made in the form of two differently directed blades located at an angle to each other in crossing planes, crosswise lateral planes of the cut, and the knife itself is installed in the slider with the possibility of quick replacement. To the power mechanism by means of quick-detachable connection the recharging mechanism is installed with impact-trigger mechanism containing striker, firing pin, safety device made in the handle, which is actuating element of recharging mechanism and activation of firing mechanism. Fuse is made in the form of a device fixing the handle relative to elements of the trigger mechanism outside the process of its activation. Power mechanism is equipped with powder gas pressure throttle.

EFFECT: higher scissors mobility and ease of use and transportation, as well as reduced non-efficient losses of energy of powder gases.
