FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hand tools. Nippers comprise body with movable and fixed grips installed in it and driving element in the form of flywheel. Grips are connected between each other by means of screw that is spring-loaded along axis with non-self-braking thread. Driving element is installed in screw with the possibility of fixation against slip relative to the latter. Nippers are equipped with nut installed in screw and connected to it by means of self-braking thread. Body is welded to fixed grip with provision of triangle and is equipped with tube-shaped guide fixed on it. Movable grip is arranged as tubular and is installed with the possibility of displacement along mentioned body guide. Screw is installed in mentioned guide with thrust against movable grip by means of rollers installed on it and is spring-loaded relative to movable grip. Flywheel is installed with gap relative to movable grip.

EFFECT: simplified design in manufacturing and operation.
