FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to injection-moulding machine or unit of injection and method of injection moulding of polymer materials, in particular in cold- and hot-channel equipment, comprising extruder, the first cylinder-piston unit and the second cylinder-piston unit installed serially with it. Cylinder of the first cylinder-piston unit enters the end of the second cylinder-piston unit, which is distanced from filled transfer mould. According to invention, at first elastomer material by means of the first cylinder-piston unit is sent through cylinder of the second cylinder-piston unit into transfer mould, at that piston of the second cylinder-piston unit vacates the flow path to transfer mould. Then piston of the second cylinder-piston unit is inserted into appropriate cylinder for introduction of elastomer material available in the second cylinder into transfer mould. After vulcanisation of elastomer material on nozzles of cold channels piston is taken back again.

EFFECT: provision of new mixture batching after injection of polymer material without (significant) delay time.
