FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustic, particularly to broad-band noise control, and can be used in all fields of industry. The noise-attenuating panel has a frame and a noise-attenuating insertion placed inside its cavity. The frame is in form of a parallelepiped, formed by front and rear walls, each of which has a flat-topped shape. There is slit-type perforation on the front wall. The walls of the panel are fixed against each other by vibration-damping covers. The noise-attenuating insertion is integral or consists of noise-attenuating elements with sound absorbing material. The coefficient of perforation of the front wall is equal or greater than 0.25. The front and rear walls of the frame are made from stainless steel or galvanised sheet with thickness 0.7 mm with a polymer protective-decorative coating with thickness 50 mcm or 25 mcm, or aluminium sheet with thickness 1.0 mm and with a 25 mcm thick coating. The ratio of the height of the frame h to its width b lies in the optimum range: h/b=1.0…2.0. The ratio of the thickness of the frame s' in the assembly to its width b lies in the optimum range: s'/b=0.1…0.15. The ratio of the thickness of sound absorbing material s to the thickness s' of the frame in the assembly lies in the optimum range: s/s'=0.4…1.0.

EFFECT: more efficient noise-attenuation, easier mounting.
