FIELD: construction, acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to industrial acoustics, in particular to wideband sound suppression, and can be used in all industrial fields. The noise suppression panel consists of frame and inner cavity of the sound absorbing element mounted on it. The frame is in the form of a parallelepiped, formed by the front and rear walls, each of which has a flat-topped shape. On the front wall there is a perforation, with a perforation coefficient of 0.25. Walls of the panel are fixed by vibration dampening covers. The sound absorbing material of the sound absorbing element is in the form of plates made from mineral wool on a basalt base. The perforation is in the form of rectangles in rows. The rows are located with displacement. The number of openings in one row is even, while in the other one it is odd. In this case, the ratio of the width of odd rows b1 to the width of even rows b2 lies in the optimum range of values b1/b2 0.7...0.9. The sound absorbing element used is in the form of basalt based plates on all surfaces enclosed in acoustic transparent material - glass fibre fabric of the "ЭЗ - 100" type. The technical outcome is increased effectiveness of sound absorption due to widening of the frequency range.
