FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with design of pumps, compressor units and, principally, four-stroke combustion engines. The volume rotor machine contains a stator, a shaft with a tilted disk rotor rigidly mounted thereon, separator plates and varied volume operating chambers with inlet and outlet ducts. The rotor is composed of two mutually parallel planes slanted relative to the shaft axis. The four semi-circular separator plates carry out oscillating and swinging movements round a centre coinciding with that of the plate forming the semi-circle and lying on the line of the plate interaction with the rotor tilted plane during the rotor rotation. The pairs of plates, lying within the same plane and encompassing the rotor, are linked via bracer elements providing for engagement in the sliding contact of the plates to the rotor planes. Existence of the four plates results in construction of four varied volume operating chambers formed by the rotor planes, the plates and the stator inside surface. Inlet and outlet ducts of the operating chambers are designed to be from the stator butt-end side. In the stator butt-ends, between the parallel plates both sides of the shaft, there are the plate supports arranged. In the stator slots, on the supports and inside the rotor there are oil ducts arranged. The rotor (at the points of sliding contact to the stator) and the stator slots are fitted with sealant elements and oil scraper rings.
EFFECT: provision for simplified configuration of the structure manufacture and reduced number of frictionally interacting components which results in improved reliability and durability of the structure.
