FIELD: heat-and-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-and-power engineering field and can be used for manufacturing of electrical and thermal energy. Turbo-installation includes heat-exchange equipment, which is located on flue gas path of installation between exhaust of force steam and gas turbine and condenser of blending type, and also on exhaust of vacuum compressor of installation. Into content of equipment of steam and gas turbo-installation is included ice-generator of "dry ice", received from carbon dioxide, precipitated from liquid chemical in absorbent recuperator, cooler of atmospheric air on exit into air compressor of installation, which functioning at increased positive temperature of environment (higher 5°C) and cooler of carbon dioxide, which is located on circuit of carbon dioxide between absorbent recuperator and ice-generator of "dry ice".
EFFECT: invention provides increasing of turbo-installation useful power, turbo-installation coefficient of efficiency and removing from discharged into atmosphere removing gases of turbo-installation up to 95-97% of carbon dioxide (CO2).
