FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: steam-gas plant is provided with a heat pump. Compressor 12 of the pump, compressor of chimneys 4 and drive 13 is mounted on a common shaft. Exhaust branch pipe of the drive is coupled with furnace of boiler 1 through gas path 14 and gas-water heat exchanger 15 with two pipe bundles 16,17 for heating system and feed water. The inlet of the cooling side of evaporator 18 of the heat pump is connected to drain 20 for reflux water of contact heat exchanger 2 and to pipe line 21 for washing water of filters of system 8 for chemical purifying water. The outlet of the evaporator is connected to pipe line 22 of feeding reflux water and to canalization drain 24. The inlet of the cooling side of condenser 25 is connected to return pipe line 27 of system water and drain 26 for heated water. The outlet of the condenser is connected to the heat consumer through pipe line 31 and pipe bundle 16 of heat exchanger 15. Turbo expanding machine 10 and feeding pump 37 are set on a common shaft. The delivery branch pipe of the pump is connected to boiler 1 through pipe bundle 17 of gas-water heat exchanger 15. Gas is compressed in compressor 4 and cooled in utilizer 6. Then gas enters turbo expanding machine 10 through gas path 5 for expanding. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
