SUBSTANCE: invention concerns construction sets for children. Toy construction set unit includes at least one head on upper surface and at least one socket on lower surface. Heads can be placed in the sockets. Heads feature cogwheel-like cross-section and have cogs along the perimetre at mainly regular intervals. Both cog tops and indents between tops are rounded. Side wall of sockets features at least one vertical arrester of the shape complimentary to sockets. Set of toy construction units includes at leas one described unit and features at least one additional bolt with head, third thread at the end part of the bolt rod, and fourth internal thread in the bolt head, fourth thread matches third thread, so that the bolt can be screwed into the head of another bolt.
EFFECT: possibility of creating three-dimensional constructions.
