FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to system for batching of plastic material intended for device used to produce plastic articles. System comprises batching device that creates single unit including material supply channel. Device comprises batching cavity that communicates to channel of material supply. Outlet opening for material is arranged in wall of batching cavity. Valve in the form of cylindrical rod is installed with the possibility of sliding through outlet opening for material and its closure. Solution of invention differs by the fact that batching device additionally comprises piston installed coaxially around valve with the possibility of sliding for provision of batching cavity volume variation and spontaneous closure of material supply channel. Invention is also related to method for realisation of this system operation.

EFFECT: provides for even distribution of material around valve and obtainment of symmetrical doses of material due to symmetrical location of supply channel relative to cavity.
