SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a dispenser for metered dispensing of fluids. The present invention also relates to a dosing device, which, for example, can be made in the form of a squeezable bottle, the dosing device comprising a dispenser made in accordance with the invention. The dispenser (I) for a dosing device for metered dispensing of a fluid contains a cover (10) having an outlet (11) for the fluid to be dispensed, an element (60) having a cutout (61), a wall (62) defining the cutout (61) on one side, and a throughway opening (63) made in the wall (62) and directly or indirectly providing flow communication of the cutout (61) with the outlet (11) of the cover (10), while the specified element (60) directly or indirectly connected to the cover (10) in the direction of the wall (62), and a hollow piston (70) with a passageway (71) located in the cutout (61) and made with the possibility of guided movement in the cutout (61) towards the wall (62). In this case, the passageway (71) is located in the hollow piston (70) so that the throughway opening (63) can be closed by the hollow piston (70) when the hollow piston moves towards the wall (62), and the passageway (71) in the direction of the wall (62) ends in a hole located concentrically or eccentrically relative to the axial projection of the hollow piston (70), while the passageway (71) is directed in a straight line and concentric or eccentric with respect to the axial projection of the hollow piston (70), and the throughway opening (63) is displaced relative to the specified hole.

EFFECT: creation of a dispenser, in particular, for a dosing system with a compressible bottle, with the help of which it is possible to dispense the fluid contained in it from the dosing device, in particular from a compressible bottle equipped with a dispenser.
