SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises the brace fitted on the body structural member and fastening clamp 12 with its lengthwise front end 12a attached to the said brace with the help of tubular damping element 16 fitted aligned with the brace. Outer cylindrical wall of the said damping element comprises a peripherical groove with the bottom whereon clamp 12 rests. Front end of clamp 12 has C-like seat 20 accommodating damping element 16. Lengthwise gap is furnished between rear section 28 and bottom 22 of peripheral groove 18.

EFFECT: fitting of damping element into fastening clamp seat without radial shift of clamp.
