FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed flowing house has above-water and underwater parts. Underwater part represents a cylindrical base accommodating the house draft stabilising and adjusting tanks, and fluid fuel storage tanks. Aforesaid cylindrical base changes over into a funnel part terminating into wedge-shaped part. There are channels intended for mooring and/or immobile storage of minor floating vessels arranged at the level of actual water-line oscillation.
EFFECT: controlled floatability and high factor of floating house stabilisation during sea motions.
