SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flight vehicles. Proposed flight vehicle comprises fuselage that features semi-spherical section turned upside down, lower cylindrical section (142) and truncated cone upturned transition section (140), that joints upper section (120) and lower section (142) together. Multiple vertical columns (150) are attached to fuselage equally spaced around the fuselage. In compliance with the second version, proposed flight vehicle fuselage is furnished with rotary blades that can move between horizontal and vertical positions.
EFFECT: higher aerodynamic stability.
