SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation, in particular to the designs of rotary-wing aircraft. The electric aircraft contains a fuselage, in the upper part of which two aircraft wings are located. As a power plant, two coaxial annular electric motors are used, which are attached to the basic fuselage structure with the possibility of circular inclination to the required angle relative to the vertical axis of the vehicle. The motor rotors rotate in opposite directions. Ring-shaped motors can also be used as a DC generator when transferring the device to the hover mode using atmospheric ascending air flows or dynamic flows arising under the action of the wind. Attached to the rotors of the motors are propeller blades, which are made with a large disk ratio.
EFFECT: increase in the total duration of the flight and an increase in flight safety are provided.
