FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition that feature, at a time, circular and axial fields of injury. Proposed projectile comprises interjointed rear section made up of the shell with explosive charge and fuse and front section with explosive charge, fuse and splinter block. Pyrotechnical charge of section is arranged between aforesaid sections. A part of rear section is fitted into the front section. Note here that the rear part of front section represents a thin-wall hollow cylinder with its OD equal to projectile caliber and length making 0.6 to 1.0 of the said caliber, while the front part of rear section features OD equal to hollow cylinder ID.
EFFECT: higher hitting ability.
