FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method is performed by soaking in milk and chopping wheat bread. Beef and pork are cut and chopped. The listed ingredients are mixed with salt and hot black pepper to obtain a cutlet mass. The cutlet mass is formed, coated with wheat white breadcrumbs and fried in melted fat to make collops. Carrots, parsley roots and raw onions are cut, browned in melted fat and strained. Green is chopped and frozen; fresh green peas are frozen. Wheat flour is sauteed in melted fat. Carrots, parsley root, raw onions, green peas, greens, wheat flour, tomato paste, sugar, salt, hot black pepper and bay leaf are mixed under oxygen-free conditions. The collops, obtained mixture are packed as well as bone broth with definite components proportion. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: product digestibility improvement.
