SUBSTANCE: joint region is pressed with a palm and extended fingers. Intraarticular fluid is extruded into superior external torsion to provide visual and palpation detection of fluid. Herewith pressing the knee interior and patella are pressed simultaneously with a palm and four extended fingers of a left hand positioned along a foot and a thumb taken aside and located along the middle of superior torsion while a hand is positioned on a left joint. The method ensures to detect fluid traces in a joint.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of knee joint cavity examination for fluid traces occurrence.
