FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for treatment of impotence in men. Rigid framework has rigid cut or non-cut ring, allowing to adjust ring to penis thickness. At the bottom of proximal ring there is one hook or two hooks, by which elastic tightening thread is hooked, with one post or two posts, having wave-like bents, by means of which it is possible to adjust device to penis length, being immovably connected to proximal ring with one end. On the opposite end of posts there is a link with a couple of holes, through which tightening thread is passed in such a way that link together with small section of tightening thread, i.e. tie, form closed ring of penis head fixer. Opposite section of tightening thread is slightly stretched and hitched on hook. Tightening thread has elastic shank, by impact on which partner releases force of penis compression before the moment of ejaculation.

EFFECT: simplification of construction, device makes it possible to elongate penis, release compression of coronary sulcus at necessary moment.
