SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixing of loose materials and can be used in chemical industry, agro-industrial complex, production of construction materials and other branches of industry. Aggregate contains loading and unloading devices, body, inside which placed are immovable funnel, conic chamber, on whose side surface elastic elements are located, and conic nozzle with elastic elements on lower surface, supplied with drive of rotatory movement. Inside funnel power shaft with blades from elastic material which have windows is installed. Funnel surface in blade zone has wavy form.

EFFECT: increase if mixing efficiency.
