SUBSTANCE: aggregate for mixing and compacting of loose materials is intended for application in the chemical industry and other branches, where preparation of high-quality mixtures is required. The aggregate contains dispensing systems, the unloading device, the drive, the case with a chisel and the shaft with a disk inside. The paddles with windows are attached to the disk. Thereat edges are mounted on a chisel surface, and the conic mounting attachment having elastic elements on an external surface is placed over the disk. The windows in the paddles are located in chessboard order. Construction simplification, blending and compacting improvement of quality is reached.
