SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to the field of construction. According to invention flat elements of single format are manufactured and stored in the warehouse. Stacking bricks are made with different specified formats. Certain number of stacking bricks are sawn in compliance with specified bond. Certain number of flat element taken in warehouse are sawn as per specified bond. It is assembled as per order from sawn flat elements, from unsawn stacking bricks, from sawn stacking bricks and unsawn flat elements obtained from the warehouse. Device for bond making comprises the following components: press for pressing of flat element stocks, press for pressing of stocks of different specified formats, installation for hardening of pressed stocks and production of flat elements and stacking bricks, warehouse for their storage, transportation device, sawing device, feeding device, device for transportation of stacking bricks into sawing device and unloading device. Device also comprises packing and/or sorting or assembly device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and prevention of creation of large amount of loose material.
