SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of porous concrete members bound with calcium hydrosilicate includes preparation of raw mix from ground quartz, quicklime correspondingly to slaked lime and/or portland cement and pore-forming agent, and also water, and, if required, some other additives. Raw mix is molded into blanks and blanks after adequate setting are subjected to autoclaving. In so doing, pore-forming agent is used in form of repeatedly utilized waste paper pulp split into fibers in hydropulper, and containing fiber in fibrous component parts of short length.
