SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas production industry, particularly to methods of preparation of gelling compounds for restriction of water production and regulation of in-place permeability. In preparation method of gelling compound for restriction of water production and regulation of in-place permeability, including dissolving in alkali water solution of grinned rise husk while blending, process is implemented at heating at following correlation of specified components, % wt; grinned rise husk 15-50, alkali 1-25, water - the rest. In the capacity of grinned rise husk it can be used mechanically activated rise husk. Before heating finishing and blending it can be used sodium chloroacetate at following correlation, wt %: specified gelling compound - 95-99, sodium chloroacetate - 1-5.

EFFECT: effectiveness increase of preparation method of gelling compound ensured by increasing of mechanical stability of gel.
