FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of mechanical engineering, specifically to devices providing connection and separation of two structural elements. The locking device contains captured retainer with tapered shoulder rigidly mounted on one connected component, and capturing mechanism movably fitted in the hole of the second connected component and made as outer and inner concentric and mutually spring-loaded bushings, driving piston, balls located between retainer shoulder cone, end boring of inner bushing and shoulder of outer bushing. The locking device also contains bushing with slots. The bushing interacts with outer bushing shoulder. Slotted bushing may be spring-applied to outer bushing shoulder. Outer bushing is fitted with elements for angle fixturing in the component being connected. Outer and inner bushings are fitted with elements for angle fixturing relative to each other. Slotted bushing is fitted with elements for angle fixturing relative to inner bushing.
EFFECT: device dimensions and mass reduction, locking device operational life extension, unlocking forces decrease.
