FIELD: rocket and space engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains locking device with catch stop of conical shape. Said stop is secured in stationary housing. Device contains also sleeve conical grip and spring-loaded ball cage with balls and shank. Shank is made in form of mushroom head member installed in replaceable housing. Hand drive is made in form of two pairs of eccentrics installed on axle radially fitted in hole of sleeve. Axle is rigidly connected with hand drive handle. Outer pair of eccentrics is installed for contacting with valves through spring-loaded plate. Inner pair of eccentrics is installed for contacting, in turn, with end face of replaceable housing through resilient member and with mushroom head member of cage shank.
