FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat treatment machinery particularly dealing with design of wall and roof load-bearing panels and is to be utilised for construction and thermal insulation of reheating, calcining and melting furnaces as well as other thermal generation units. The panel is designed to consist of a base with dowels whereupon folded and compacted ceramic fibre mats are pinned and bars connected to the dowels. The base is represented by a load-bearing metal framework. Between the framework opposed walls there are solid long length dowels fastened whereupon clamping plate are pinned with the bars attached thereto. The other ends of the bars are connected to the framework. The framework height and width are designed to be smaller than the corresponding dimensions of the compacted fibre mats. The framework has longitudinal and transversal ribs. The framework height and width are designed to be smaller than the corresponding dimensions of the compacted fibre mats. In the course of the panel manufacture the fibre mats are affixed to the base by way of pinning onto the dowels and fixation with the help of the bars. The fibre mats compaction is provided for on the solid long length dowels arranged along the framework designed to be open on one side through reciprocal movement of the drive interacting with the clamping plates pinned onto the dowels so that to be capable of travel and having bars attached to them. After at least threefold compaction of the mats the clamping plates and the bars are attached to the dowels and to the base accordingly with the height and width of the compacted fibre mats exceeding the corresponding dimensions of the base. After filling the base with compacted fibre mats the second cross wall of the framework is mounted with the other ends of the dowels attached thereto.

EFFECT: extension of functional capabilities, enhancement of thermal insulation properties and improvement of thermal insulation quality and reliability.
