FIELD: heat engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat engineering unit with a lining made of lightweight fibrous materials. The heat engineering unit contains a frame, panels connected to each other and to the frame to form a single lining surface, and an enclosing surface forming, together with the housing, an air-conducting channel for supplying atmospheric air there under pressure, the value of which is greater than the value of the flue gas pressure inside the furnace, while a pre-compressed heat-insulating refractory module is used as a panel, a frame is made latticed, the cell size corresponds to the size of the heat-insulating refractory module, fixing the panel to the frame is carried out in the connection nodes formed mainly by spot welding of embedded metal parts of the module and frame elements outside the frame.
EFFECT: simplification of the design, improvement of the safety of the heat engineering unit during the implementation of the technological process in it, reduction of its metal and material consumption, increase of maintainability by replacing damaged modules outside the unit is provided.
