FIELD: physics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to scientific instrument-making, namely to differential adiabatic scanning microcalorimetres, which are intended for thermodynamic tests of weakly concentrated solutions of biopolymers, in particular protein solutions. Suggested differential adiabatic scanning microcalorimetre additionally comprises device for calorimetric chambers filling with rigid channels, which are connected with calorimetric chambers. Besides external thermostatting shell represents high pressure connected to pressure supply unit, which is joined with controlled actuating device of pressure supply, heat transferring medium is dielectric liquid - polyethylsiloxane liquid. Rigid channels of calorimetric chambers filling device are connected to calorimetric chambers with the help of tubes made of elastic material that transmits medium pressure at investigated liquid located in calorimetric chambers. Besides filling device with rigid channels comprises high pressure body, obturator, union nut and sealing gaskets, unit of pressure supply is multiplicator, thermostatting shell is multiplicator body.
EFFECT: creation of differential adiabatic scanning microcalorimetre of high pressure.
